How to read dates and sources
Recorded on is when the registry detected a value in the official API, not necessarily when the publisher changed it.
Read from the printed card means a maintainer transcribed an earlier face that the API never served. Its range starts at the first release carrying those values. An initial API record stands for the period before recording began. Recorded by hand marks a card the official API does not serve at all, which the Kairos Archive records from its own sources.
The ranges are registry history boundaries. They do not establish an official effective date. Read the history documentation.
